Starlight Parade
CRPCA marched in the Starlight Parade of Portland many times during the 90's. We often carried lanterns much like the ones we used in our Peace Corp counties for the evening parade. Some images of our participation are in this gallery.more »

Pigout- Leach Gardens
The Pigout became so popular that larger venues than the Waite house were used. In 1994 Leach Gardens in SW Portland was the site of the 1994 West African Pigout with approximately 75 people. more »
Pigout - the spiritual year
The crowd in 1994 maxed out Leach Gardens so the Pigout was held at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Vancouver, Washington. A crowd of approximately 120 attended. more »
